The castle has all together about 20 rooms, some very large and many smallers ones. Currently there are four usable bed rooms with double beds available for guests. More are being renovated soon. The castle walls, up to 2 meter (6 feet) thick, are full of history and are ready to tell a story. Resident ghosts are always present and occasionally reveal themselves to visitors.

It is easy to get lost in the castle when you're not familiar with its layout. Most rooms have more than one access, as if to have easy escape possibilities for castle residents in case of intrusion.

There is a courtyard, a Tavern with vaulted ceiling, the large Salle d'Armes, the Salle du Seigneurs where dinner is usually taken as well as bed chambers upstairs. Two of the four main towers are accessable.

There is, as in any castle, a chapel. One old chapel is out of use and a smaller one added later in the 16th century in one of the towers off the salle du seigneurs. Both have wall paintings still visible.

A tour of the castle can be arranged of course. The best time to do this is after dinner and wine, with just a few candles. The castle has still some hidden rooms yet to be accessed. A fascinating room is the old kitchen with an amazing baking oven pictured below. Currently this room is occupied by a family of owls. You can hear them sometimes at night. Below that room is another mysterious room which once housed a source of water for the castle.

The west side of the castle was expanded in the 16th century. Many rooms there have vaulted ceilings and an additional small hidden tower between the ground and first floor (photo below). For visitors there are currently four bed chambers in the castle with double beds, where additional beds can be added if needed.
